How can I book an appointment?
You can secure an appointment using our online scheduler, or email us at info@mobileluxe.ca and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

*Please note, a minimum of 1 hour OR $100 in services is required to accommodate an appointment.

A $20.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your appointment. Our online booking system makes this process effortless and automated. Simply select your desired services, and upon confirmation, you'll be prompted to make your deposit securely.

If you are unable to attend your appointment and need to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. If proper notice has been given, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking within 30 days.

Do you have a travel fee?
Our services include complimentary travel within the Greater Moncton Area. Additional charges will apply for locations beyond 15km of our location. We are located at 200 Champlain Street in Dieppe, NB. Travel fee will be discussed upon booking.

How can I pay for services?
We accept Cash, E-transfer, Debit or Credit as payment methods. Please note, we are unable to provide change at the moment.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! It's the perfect way to treat your loved ones to an exclusive pampering experience. You can choose to have a physical gift certificate sent on your behalf to the recipient by mail, or send it by e-mail by purchasing your gift card here.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans may change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.

Any changes or cancellations where 24hrs notice was NOT given, are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment amount. This cancellation fee will need to be submitted before any new bookings are accepted. Cancellation fees will not be deducted from the total amount of your next appointment.

Can I host a spa party or event?
Absolutely! We offer special packages for spa parties and events. Contact us to discuss your requirements and make your gathering memorable.

Are you available for corporate events?

Can I purchase products used during my treatment?
Most of the products used in our treatments are available for purchase. Let us know during your next appointment if you are interested or would like more information on any products used.
