Mobileluxe policies
General Policy
Please advise us of ANY known chronic medical condition or allergies in advance of your booking. Pregnant women, at ANY stage in the pregnancy, must state so at time of booking. In some cases we may request a permission letter from your current medical practitioner allowing you to have Spa services. Those who fail to do so may be denied services.
We require a minimum of 1 hour OR $100 in services to accommodate an appointment.
A travel fee may apply to locations more than 15km of our location. Our office is located at 200 rue Champlain in Dieppe, NB.
Parking charges will apply if no on-site parking is available.
Appointments can be made using our online scheduler available 24/7, or email us at info@mobileluxe.ca and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Spa Parties (groups of 3 or more) must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
A 20% deposit may be requested for groups or Spa Parties.

Booking Policy
A $20.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment with MobileLuxe.
This deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your appointment. Our online booking system makes this process effortless and automated. Simply select your desired services, and upon confirmation, you'll be prompted to make your deposit securely.
If you are unable to attend your appointment and need to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. If proper notice has been given, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking within 30 days.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
Any last minute changes or no show cancellations where 24 hours notice has not been given, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your total appointment amount.
This cancellation fee will need to be submitted before any new bookings are accepted.
Cancellation fees will not be deducted from the total amount of your next appointment.
Hygiene Practices
MobileLuxe Mobile Esthetics is committed to providing the highest quality of service and piece-of-mind. All of our stainless steel tools and esthetic equipment are sanitized and disinfected between services. Vinyl gloves are worn for all foot treatments. Clean towels are used for each client.

Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Here's our Refund Policy:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service. Please email info@mobileluxe.ca with your name, the date of service, and the reason for the refund request.
We accept refunds in the following situations:
Appointment cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Dissatisfaction with the results of the services provided, subject to evaluation.
Once your refund request is received and accepted, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
*Cosmetics products or consumable items purchased are non-refundable unless they are received defective.
Important Notes
We are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods to any property or clients’ property. MobileLuxe Mobile Esthetics is not responsible for any injuries or damage during or after the service has ended.
There are some medical conditions that are not compatible with spa treatments. These include, but are not limited to serious cardiac conditions and blood clots; skin disease, wounds, or tumors; cancer and tuberculosis; fever, and fractures or dislocations. Please consult with your physician regarding any medical concerns prior to your spa services. We have the right to refuse treatment if any of the following apply:
Medical conditions that were not mentioned at time of booking appointment.
Broken skin or lesions
Any other personal concern for safety
If an unhealthy nail is detected, we will refuse to apply polish. This is to avoid possible contamination of products, thus protecting our clients from the possible transfer of infection from contaminants.
We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time without prior notice.
